Nile River

I have just arrived at one of the most famous river's in the world, The Nile River. The Nile is a major north-flowing in Africa, generally the longest river in the world. The Nile has two major tributaries, the White Nile and the Blue Nile, the latter being the source of the most of the Niles water and fertile soil, but the former being the longer of the two.

Tundra's

I have just arrived in a Tundra in Greenland. In physical Geography, tundra is an areawhere the tree growth is hindered by low temperatures and short growing season's. The term Tundra comes from Kildin Sami uplands, tundra, treeless mountain tract. There are two types of tundra's: Arctic tundra and alpine tundra.

Antartica

I have just arrived in Antarctica and I am only staying for a couple of hours because it is so cold. Antarctica is the world's southern most continent. It is situated in the southern hemishpere. Around 98% of Antarctica is Ice, which averages 1.6 km in thickness. At 14.4kmsquare, it is the fifth largest continent in area after Africa, Asia, North America and South America.

The Simpson Desert

I have just landed in the Simpson Desert almost right in the center of Australia.
The Simpson desert is a hot and dry desert expanded over 200,000 square kilometres. Most of the Desert is in the Northern Territory. The Rainfall in the desert is less than 400 millimetres per year.

The Gold Coast

The Gold Coast is a city and local government area found in the southeastern corner of Queensland. Just a couple of hours away from Brisbane. It is the second most populous city in the state and the six most populous city in the country. The Gold Coast is well known for it's sunny subtropical climate, popular surfing beaches, stretching waterway and canal systems, a skyline overruled by high-rise apartments, active nightlife and a wide variety of tourist attractions.

Grasslands

Grasslands are relatively open areas or habitats mostly covered in grass, but also with other plants such as wildflowers, small amounts of trees and low shrubs. They have a vast range of different types of grasses.

The Great Barrier Reef

The Great Barrier is the biggest coral reef system in the world stretched composed of over 2,900 individual reefs and 900 islands expanding for 2,600 kilometres across an area of exactly 344,400 square kilometres. The reef is located in the coral sea, off the coast of Queensland in northeastern Australia.
